Header & Footer color

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

Can you please tell me how to change the color gradient in the header and footer? I need to match a specific color gradient. (I think I know where to change it in the code, but I don't know how to access the files and then re-install the theme (if that's how it needs to be done)).

Thanks,
Kim
