i am interested in your equinox theme, and i want to know if it is possible to put the autonav, not on the top but under the banner.
Also if your theme do not fit my needs in the end, what is your refund policy?
(i am talking about a few days later)
Could i be given another theme's license?

We can't really offer that sort of advice. It's a flexible theme. Most things are possible, for things that aren't there out the box, some html, css and concrete5 knowledge will allow you to achieve anything you want.
The refund pplicy as per all marketplace items are as per -https://www.concrete5.org/help/legal/refund-policy/....
TLDR - if the product does what it says it will do then there is no refund available. As these are digital products, there is no try before you buy.
