Mobile Template in IE active

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
we have the problem, that our website switches in some versions of the Internet Explorers to some sort of mobile template. (e.g. Version 11.0.9600.18537) It is not the entire mobile template, because the menu is missing.

Another screen resolution makes no difference. (1920x1080 in my case)

How can I prevent this occurrence?

Hi there,

As far as we are aware there should not be any specific issues with this theme in IE11. It uses the popular Foundation grid framework which is compatible for IE11:

Are you running IE11 in compatibility mode?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. Nope, no compatibility mode activated. I use Win7. But it also happens in Win10 with IE 11 Version 11.713.10586.0

Strange...

Best regards,
Bernhard

Hi,
No news are bad news...
How does concrete5 decide between the mobile template and the desktop version?

Best regards,
Bernhard

Normally the theme will handle the mobile rendering with media queries. These work on min max viewport dimensions and should be very consistent across browsers.

So your mobile theme option : ** Same as website (default) should be fine

Please confirm this is your setting?
