package download error

After purchased the theme and assigned I tried to download it from the assigned website with no success it give me error "An error occurred while downloading the package."

the root packages folder is writable.
is there any way to download the theme then install it manually ?

Packages can be uploaded manually following the below instructions once you have downloaded the archive from your licenses page:
# Installation Instructions
1. Unzip file in your site's packages/ directory.
2. Login to your site as an administrator.
3. Find the "Add Functionality" page in your dashboard.
4. Find this package in the list of packages awaiting installation.
5. Click the "install" button.

As my previous post, you have this license 'assigned' to a project thus you can not download. If you go to your project page and un-assign the theme from the project then you should be able to then download.
Log in to your concrete5 account then go to transactions > licenses. There should be a 'download archive' link. If there is not, then this may be because you have this assigned to a project.
We have no control over this side of things unfortunately and if you are still struggling you may need to contact concrete5 to get this resolved.

Are you sure your root packages folder is writable? If so, then there may be an issue at concrete5...
