This error relates to an image added to a dummy testimonial block with the sample content...

We are unable to replicate the issue at present but as a work around there should be a way to fix this.

First you will beed to uninstall the 'Equinox' package and then you will need access to the packages files on your server...

You will need to open this file - packages/equinox/content.xml

Please then remove lines 812 - 844:
<blocks>
  <block type="content" name="">
    <data table="btContentLocal">
      <record>

  What Our Customers Say

      </record>
    </data>
  </block>
  <block type="testimonial" name="">
    <data table="btTestimonial">
      <record>
        <fID/>

Joe Bloggs

        <position>Director</position>
        <company>JB Limited</company>

Then re-install and you should no longer get an issue. I hope this helps.
