Problems Editing Layout

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When editing layout, in this case Success button's color, the whole page goes blank after saving changes. (I selected the option of saving changes to the whole website.) Full Sitemap shows the pages extist but browser does not show anything but a blank white page. Have I lost all created content or can I somehow bring it back?

Some environment information would be useful here, but in the first instance please check out this info, and see if it solves your problem, it sounds familiar.
