Issues with menus disappearing and slider elements not being removed when disabled.

I'm having a lot of trouble using this theme, when I attempt to copy to the clipboard, it breaks the editing menu on the left and everything disappears. I have to clear cache, login/log out again, and refresh my browser. I've also tried using Safari and still no luck. I saw a support ticket from 2/2017 that doesn't look like it was ever concluded regarding this same issue.
Also after attempting to use a new image for the homepage in the slider div I am unable to get the slider navigation elements to disappear when I've selected to disable them.
It appears as some of your elements have also over-written core elements since transitioning back to Cloneamental theme now makes the menu disappear as well. :(
Please assist in granting my refund for this theme.
