Dropdowns perminantly there

Hi
I have installed this theme several ways, via ftp and via dashboard.
http://www.aircadetresource.com/index.php/template... is the test page, and as you can see (the dropdowns dont disappear). I have checked in both safari and firefox (mac). Strange thing is...when logged in as administrator it works
Is there something I have done wrong? or is there something else not quite right?

It's because for some reason concrete5's version of jquery (/concrete/js/jquery.js) and ccm.base.js (/concrete/js/ccm.base.js) arent getting outputted and the menu functionality depend on those. Did you modify concrete5 some way or remove the <?php Loader::element('header_required'); ?> code from the theme's header.php file?
