strange behavior in IE9

I purchased your theme and used it successfully in a project and I want to buy another copy for a new project. I am right now testing the site and I noticed some strange behavior in IE9
When I use the button style on a page the first button is looking strange and the rest are fine, except for that they are square and not round. They are only round when I hover over the button. It is always the first button that looks strange. Like he won't render it the first time but has no problems with the following. I made a workaround by just using the button on some character in the beginning of the page and then hide it.
But I think it's a bit weird that I have to do this. Do you have some workaround for the round corners and the button issue? I made a screen shot of the buttons, maybe familiar to you this behavior?
