Unstable theme and intermittent support

igrieves
I've tried installing this once and failed to get it working. I then tried again for another customer and after a lot of fiddling got it to work. The banner slider is especially error prone.

I had some support questions which were answered after a while then a final one where the slider text fails to show in Chrome. I dont think they really wanted to answer this one and it was never solved. Not a theme I can recommend I am afraid.

Had several issues, no support provided, refund requested but no response

As mentioned in the subject line this theme looked good, but I had several issues when trying to make changes to concrete5 permissions. Spent several hours trying to fix issues with dissipearing headers and pages not displaying any content before discovering it was an issue with the theme not the permissions settings.

I brought a couple of these issues to the support forum but got no response from the developer, looking back through other support requests other users had run into similer issues but the developer seemed to disregard the support requests and made no attempt to fix the broken theme.

Sorry Chad but if you aren't going to support your products then remove them from the marketplace, I fail to see how you can spend so much time venting on the upcoming concrete5 release yet not have time for basic support requests.

Still waiting for my refund.

The solution to this is to change line 36 from $ps->canAdd() to $ps->canAddSubpage().

Not sure how that got flubbed. But an update has been made on this. Very sorry this was not fast enough for you.

I did reply but forgot that C5's message system ignores emails from iPhones for some reason. Totally my bad.
