This responsive theme is great base code for any responsive website. The CSS isn't bloated and well thought out. Support has also been very, very good.

I was especially pleased with how well laid out the CSS is - very, very easy to look at and figure out. Not bloated at all. Was able to set up a site in a couple of hours for a client who needed something fast with some custom changes and viewable on all platforms.
