Tool bar not appearing on some pages

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Trying to set up the member profile area and when I go to pages other than the home page the tool bar is not appearing. Someone on the c5 forum said:

"There is a javascript error (TypeError: $.widget is undefined) on the page, which would cause your problem with not being able to edit the page and lots of other weird behaviors."

but I'm not sure why this is happening or how to fix it.

Also, is it easy to have the member attribute labels appear on the member page? Right now it only shows the answer which isn't very clear.

I am currently working on FlexCRETE 4, which will have bug fixes and many new features, including ecommerce and better single page support (including the members pages).
