THEME FUNDAMENTAL: Where is the "starting point" found?

I purchased the FUNDAMENTAL theme. I cannot find the "starting point" options, to choose the "Arizona" starting point. Where do I find the option to choose the "starting point"? I am eager to hear from you about this.
