Line on top

Hi James; thanks for your work on this template. My clients wants to have a line with a different color on top of the menu; I have been looking my way around this one but I can't use an image as a background for the menu bar. I have tried using adding CSS to see if I could get extra space on top with a margin but that wasn't working either; do you have any suggestions??
Thanks in advance :) ...Pim

Hi James; I've been working with this; can't get it to work; this is the code I am working with now;
.master-container #header .tophead{
/* CSS Here */
background-image: url("http://www.voertuigtaxaties.com/bck/bck.jpg");
background-repeat: repeat-x;
}
I have an example image of my clients idea; any suggestions are much appreciated..

Hi Pim
Happy holidays! Sorry it took a while for me to reply.
I may need to see the site so I can see the problem within the frontend source code. If you can give me the link to the site, I'll give you the proper CSS modification.
Thanks and regards,
James

Thanks for using my theme.
As for the top header area, you can use this selector to add some css or a background image
It can also be found in the customization option but is only limited to changing the background color.
I hope I didn't misunderstand your question.
Anyway, if you need more help, don't hesitate to ask.
Kind regards,
James
