Mobile menu

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi James, two more things about the menu:

1) Would it be possible to ALWAYS show the mobile menu (even in desktop view) instead of switching from regular menu to hamburger?

2) Right now you can only change the global font size of the menu, but I would like to be able to customise the mobile menu a bit more with:
- Font size (because its too small on mobiles)
- spacing between items
- alignment (left/centered/right)

Would that be possible?

Thanks and have a great weekend,
Luca

Hi Luca

1. Its possible but there are too much code to override on my theme and on the bootstrap framework which powers the navigation. I wouldn't advise it unless you are very familiar with CSS.

2. I maybe able to help you with that. Show me how you want it to look like and i'll create a custom CSS for you.

Thanks and regards,
James

Hi James,

1. yes I'm quite familiar with CSS and coding, but I would know where to look without your help. Would be great.

2. Attachment shows the current menu in mobile version. I would like to have a bigger front (maybe know what CSS style mane it is so I can change the font to a Google font using the !Important label, and be able to adjust alignment.

Thanks and have a great weekend,
Luca

Hi Luca

This will take a bit of time to get it to display the way you want it, so i'll work on it when I'm free. I'll update you here once I figure everything out.

Kind regards,
James

Just peeking in to say I am also interested in making the menu font bigger for mobile use. :)

I assume a bit of Custom CSS would fix it, as it seems to be the same size as the horizontal menu just before it pops to the hamburger?

Thanks,
Jen
