Page loading support

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When a user goes to the site page for this theme on multiple sites we've used it with, the initial screen preview while the landing page loads is messy. The text is layered on top of eachother where the banner image is, and the images (while optimized) take too long to load for the initial preview to seem clean. Is there anything we can do on our end to make the users experience of the initial landing page a cleaner preview? We are getting complaints from our clients about this.

Hi Tom,

I just loaded your site on my browser and I see what you mean. One problem that I see is that the images are all above 1mb which delays the page load.

But the main reason for the text overlapping is because of the CSS transitions/animations firing before the page fully loads. I'll play around with this a bit more to see if there is a way to prevent CSS transitions initial page load.

Other solutions to fix this is using page loaders. I'm not sure if there is an addon like this available in the marketplace.

Kind regards,
James

Thank you for your input.
I have a few other sites using this theme that have images under the 1MB size and this issue remains with those sites as well.
I'll look into the page loading add ons in the marketplace.

In the mean time, let me know if you are able to trouble shoot the CSS transitions/management.
I appreciate your help!

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom,

I have uploaded version 1.7.5 which has a fix that makes the fullslider behave a bit better during load time. Please update and let me know.

Kind regards,
James
