re-install Framework with sample content?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Help! We installed the Framework theme on an existing website (rsaeroworlds2020.com) and realize we should have followed your advice and installed over clean site with sample content. How can we re-install Framework theme with sample content? Thanks,

Hi Bill,

I think the best way to go about this is to just re-install c5 on your site to start fresh and then install the theme with sample content. But looking at your site, you seem to have content there that will be wiped out when you start fresh. I would suggest doing a backup of your entire site especially the DB if you continue.

Thanks for the quick reply James. Not sure I would know how to re-install c5 or the theme without making a bigger mess. I've found that nothing works the way I would expect it to. What I need is some professional guidance. Are you, or someone else who is knowledgable in c5 and Framework, available for a phone consult? Let me know,

Bill

James,

We could use a little support to get our Framework website up and running. Wondering if you got my reply to your initial message 10 days ago. Let me know,

Bill

Hi Bill,

I didn't get notified by your last response. Sorry for taking a while to reply.

Here are some docs online that will help you out
https://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/installation/installa...

But if you are having issues with installation because of other factors like server configuration you might a better support from the concrete5 team.
