Theme installing -importing incorrectly without content

After trying to install the theme with sample content I get an error. See screenshot. For now, I am not sure what is causing the this. Can you check if your file permissions are correct? Where there any errors when you installed concrete5 on your server?

Hi,
The problem was because the website had a few addons that were not uninstalled properly. To fix, you need to start with a clean installation of concrete5. Then you can install the theme with sample content.

Thank you for fast response.
I use a clean install.
Steps i did:
Copied files on ftp (8.3.1)
Install process
connected to the community
license assigned
download of the theme
install
Error and every sample contend is gone
It is not my first install of concrete but at this point i don´t know what to do.

Internal 500 error means this is a server problem. Can you check if your files are all on the correct permissions? Also, can you check if your installation is running the correct version of PHP?

First of all, happy new year!
i tried it a few times with clean install. Every time the same error message.
Without the sample content it seems to work like it should.
My PHP Version is 7.1.11
