Why is the shrink class not applied on all pages during scroll?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I added some custom css that hides the logo until the shrink class gets applied and then more custom css that tweaks the way the logo is displayed after the shrink class gets applied. I noticed however that this only seems to get applied to the Home page template. I need the same effect to be applied on all pages. Any suggestions?

Nevermind. I added the ".page-template-home" selector to the css that hides the logo and duplicated the logo tweaks to apply to all img in "#logo" not just ."shrink #logo"

It would be nice though if the same opacity and sizing was applied to the menu header on all pages besides just the homepage
