Customise colours within Concrete

Hi Guys, can we use the concrete dashboard bit to change the colours of the theme as the options aren't showing up for me to be able to do so?
Wondering if I've had an issue on install or if it has to be hard coded in the CSS?

The Fruitful theme does not support Customizable Styles.
If you need a theme that supports this, look for a blue details section on the theme page. The details section will list whether the theme supports Customizable Styles or not.
