Featured Content not working responsively

I have a title, a few sentences and text on the button in Featured Content. When I drag my browser window to a much thinner size to check the mobile view, the text overflows out of the image area and the button also pushes down below it.
Also the mobile navigation 3 lines button does not always work . There seems to be a transition phase between the full nav being present and the button appearing where the button does not seem click-able. This fixes itself as the browser gets even thinner. I think someone else has raised this point about a particular phone type.
