change font size, colour, background colour

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I have added a contact form to the home page of a website im working on.
When i click the block and go to design & custom template, changing the font colour to white only changes the word (required) and not the form text, ie Name or Your Email address - this is the css:
element {
}
.ccm-page label {
color: #4d4d4d;
cursor: pointer;
display: block;
font-size: .875rem;
font-weight: 400;
line-height: 1.5;
margin-bottom: 0;
}
So, i want to change the text colour just for this form (block) only, i also want to move the button to the middle of the form instead of left aligned and some other tweaks.
What is the best practice to achieve this? as i want to alter other blocks as well.

Thanks in advance
