Concrete Bar Stays 'loading' on all pages when logged in

Installation and working is fine apart from:
Concrete Bar Stays 'loading' indefinitely on all pages when logged in. (as attached)
Please could you help me troubleshoot this.

Although it might not be just the theme, it did only start happening to me after installing Fundamental.

I worked around it by doing:
Dashboard \ Fundamental Theme Settings \ White Label \ News Overlay Enabled: DISABLE

I had the same issue and it got fixed also when disabling News overlay. Thank you PedroLucasNet.
