CTA Or Any Fundamental Block

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Is it possible to set a block to window-width like the footer, for example the CTA? I would like it to go across the entire window or like the header area, allow me to set a background image or color that is the whole width of the window. Thanks.

FYI at the moment I am using the Top Full Footer position. I would like it to be positioned there, but taking the full width of the window. Thanks.

Blocks take on the width of the area they're placed in.

To make a block go full width it has to place in an area that is full width. You may consider using the 'Blank' page template as this has a few options for full width content.

There is isn’t an editable full width area at the bottom in Fundamental?
