Internet Explorere and Arizona starting Point

Hi - Take a looking at the Arizona starting point using internet explorer. The footer copyright and page links are at the top and data can shift. It looks like the other ones are fine in IE, just Arizona.

There is an option in the theme called 'Sticky Footer' - when enabled as this uses some 'flex-box' CSS, some version of IE do not like this. This option can simply be turned off from the theme dashboard 'general' page.
