Linking to Anchor tags with buttons?

Is it possible to link to anchor tags using fundamental's buttons? If not, could I request a feature? I'd love to be able to use a button group for anchor navigation.

If you add external links and use ID's instead then you should get this to work.

For example find the ID of the element you want to navigate to and then add like below:
#id-of-element
