Multilangual: Header, Footer & Stacks in Modals missing

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I've created a multilangual website. However my top nav, footer and Stacks that I use in Modals are not showing up anymore.. If made local version of the stacks + global nav area.. But they just don't show up.. What am I doing wrong?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards
