Not showing as "Currently Installed"

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello!
We recently installed Fundamental directly through the "Add Functionality" section of our dashboard. No problem purchasing, download seemed to go smoothly. Chose to install from the Arizona point and clear all of the sight data, clicked install, and now... not so much working. Within "Add Functionality", Fundamental shows as Currently Installed. In the Dashboard, we can also see the "Fundamental Theme Settings". Within "Pages & Themes", we're still only seeing Elemental. All of the data from our prior experimentation in Elemental also does not seem to have been removed. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the concrete5 cache (our browser caches, too, just for good measure), switching PHP versions, but nothing seems to be helping. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

That does sound most odd.

Do you receive any errors after trying to install with sample content? It may be worth turning on debugging from your concrete5 settings so you may receive a more in depth error if there is one.

Failing that, please private message us a URL to your site and a login and we can take a quick look.
