This is a general, presales question. I just finished building a custom concrete5 theme and was working now on modifying it with Bootstrap when I came across this. Is this meant as a starting point, to use the themes that come with the package? Or is the code notated enough that editing the .php files and CSS directly wouldn't be a massive problem? Thank you!
