Maybe I'm just being stupid but I've assigned the License to my project and everything but it's not showing up in my available themes.

I am connected with the community but my purchased theme isn't in the "waiting to download" list
Fundamental is for concrete5 5.7+ your environment info says you have version 5.6. You need to be running at least version 5.7 to use this theme.
I tried to update and it told me there was no more updates available?
There is no direct upgrade from 5.6 to 5.7. You would ned to download version 5.7 and start with a fresh install. Alternatively, check if your hosting provider can provide this version.

Sounds like you need to download the files to your site and install.
