I'm sorry you feel that way, particularly rating it 1 out of 5. For anyone reading this review, I'd like to add a little bit of perspective.
You hacked the theme to add your own background image. You said the marketplace advert wasn't clear that it would be the daily concrete5 dashboard background image displayed. Personally, I don't think the listing could be any clearer. Given that the functionality to do this isn't in the theme, this wasn't ever going to be straightforward. Despite this we assisted you in achieving this. There was no requirement for us to do this.
Re the facebook token, you told us our documented approach for obtaining a token didn't work, that the process had changed, yet we checked and the process was the same. We let you know this.
Finally, pretty much any theme you buy will have a demo site that illustrates the theme, but your site won't automatically have all the functionality when you install it. Though it's possible to add it.

Update Makes This Theme Even Better
A solid theme with lots of customization available. With the header background now changeable, it's even better. Before the update, you had to make changes in a few places to make the header client-friendly. I am not a developer, but I was able to do it. I've always received fast and helpful support from Formigo, be it for an add-on or a theme, including this one.

Great theme
As of today the option of a custom header image has been added, making this the perfect theme for me. Before this addition, I would have rated it 4 out of 5, which is still very good.
It has greatly styled custom blocks, a fantastic number of content area's and looks great.
I also need to compliment Formigo on their speed of response. I only opened a ticket concerning a custom header image earlier today and no less then 10 hours later, the functionality has been added.
I will gladly purchase from you again, knowing I'll be getting quality themes and great support! Thanks!
