Editing existing 404 page in theme

Hi Jordi,

Sorry for all the questions, I am loving the theme and the site is coming along really well!

How can I customize the 404 page? When I click on Dashboard > Pages & Themes > Single Pages > Page not found I get to the 404 page but when i put it in edit mode I can remove the existing text and links to replace with new blocks and images.

any thoughts?

Hi Athan!

Sorry for the delay, I've been away from the office these past few days.

If you want total control over the Page not found template, I'd recommend creating a specific php template for this page. This is explained in the documentation:

I was hoping to be able to edit the 404 page like the other pages on the site in edit mode but have been able to customize it a little with your help. :)
