I am sure there is an extremely simple explanation to this but:

How do you add a portfolio?

I followed the documentation and added Portfolio Categories as well as assigning a portfolio to a specific page.

So I am going to respond to my own issue and apologize, didnt really put two and two together when the title said PAGE LIST right in front of me. Uhh been a long couple nights.
