probably you only need to unassign the theme license from your old project and assign it to the new c5 installation.
First, log in to concrete5.org with your account and go to Profile -> Projects. You should be able to see all your sites. If you click on your previous project/site (the one you assigned the license to), you'll be able to see all add-ons and themes that are linked to that project. Next to each theme and add-on, there is a red button ("Release from project") that allows you to release the license from the project.
Once you have released the license, you'll be able to assign it to your new project.
