Can't download theme
Permalink Browser Info Environment
I bought the Metris theme. I added it to my project for my website. Below the theme it also says that I don't have any licenses. I go to "Add Functionality" and there is nothing in there.
Is there an easy way to just download the theme on to my website? Nothing seems to work including adding it in my File Manager.

Sorry I should say that I followed the exact instructions in the video and it's still not showing up in the "Awaiting installation" tab.

Hi There,
As you pointed out the theme should be in your add functionality screen. this could be a couple of things:
A) The install may have been interrupted, and not all the files are present. In which case go to your Concrete5.org account, click on "Transactions" in the left side menu, then click "Licenses" from the sub menu, here you should see a list of your licenses, if the license has "Details" next to it, you will need to un-associate the license from your projects page, if its already un-associated then there will be a link saying "Download archive", once downloaded you can manually install the theme by uploading it to your Concrete5 installs "packages" directory. You can then follow on from the install video.
B) You may have the wrong version of Concrete5. The 5.6 branch is completely different to the 5.7 branch, one is not compatible with the other, Metris is a 5.6 branch theme, and consequently will not run under 5.7 in any way shape or form. I could tell you if this was the case but unfortunately your environment information is missing.
Regards
David

Formal Refund Request: Please grant me a refund for the license assigned to this support request.
I feel like I've done everything possible to get this to work. I'm on a very tight deadline and can't take up anymore time trying to fix this. Would greatly appreciate a refund.
Thank you
