Hi There,

The nav bar dropping below the logo is due to running out of space, as the logo and nav bar occupy the same space, they need to be able to sit next to each other, the only resolution is to decrease the size of the amount of nav items, or reduce the size of your logo.

Your facebook will need to be addressed by the people who made the add-on, we only support our own product, not third party add-ons.

Internet explorer is working fine for us on our demo version, some older versions of desktop internet explorer wont work in a responsive manner as they were created before CSS media queries existed, please see table for "IE" in the link below, newer versions have a ranging support from partial to full.

http://caniuse.com/#search=media%20queries...

Mobile versions of internet explorer are showing the site as intended (Please see screenshot) which is the intended target for a responsive design.

Please note that support is limited to 30 days from date of purchase.
