How to remove opacity overlay?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello,

I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology, but when I specify an image for the hero unit background, the image is displayed a little darker -- is there an opacity setting somewhere? You can see the difference in brightness here:

Using Modena Theme ->http://stage.songsforgood.com
Using Weebly ->http://www.songsforgood.com

The colors on the Weebly site are a lot brighter.

Thank you,
My

Hi There,

Thanks a lot for your purchase.

Yes, you can alter the opacity of the hero unit, please follow the steps below:

1/ Click on the "Cog" icon on the top left of the concrete5 admin bar, from the menu select "Design" and then click "Customize" on the blue overlay.

2/ Scroll down the design options until you find the options called "Homepage hero unit" the first option is called "Background overlay" click on the small box next to the text and you can adjust the opacity there (Please see attached screenshot)

3/ Click on "save changes" then click on "Entire site" and publish your page.

I hope that helps, if you continue to have an issue please let us know.

Best regards

David
