Problem with editing theme Modena
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi David,
I'm still very happy with the Modena theme, but after working again with this theme after a couple of months, I get de next message. I send you this printscreen. The problem is that I can't change anything in this theme design.
Thanks for your time.
Joni

Hi David,
Ok, that's should probably be it then. Cause I never updated both versions. But it surprises me that I never saw a message from Modena update on my dashboard. Only the one from Concrete5 8.5.2. I could start to update Concrete5 first, you think?

Hi Joni,
Yes, I would start with C5 first, did you purchase Modena from the C5 marketplace or Themeforest? if you purchased from Themeforest you would only get an email about a new version being available it won't automatically show up and requires a manual update which is covered in the docs here:
http://modena-docs.vidalthemes.com/#section-14...
If you purchased from C5 marketplace then it should show up in your dashboard as long as you have connected your site to the community.
Best regards
David

Hi David,
It's worked indeed. I updated the Modena theme succesfully and now I don't get that message anymore. Great. But the reason was that i would like to change the header color to black, like the 'on-scroll' color. Because the content of the following pages are starting to low on de pages. Thats wy I deleted the image. So I changed the page template to: empty. And now I want to change the base color also to black. But that stil a problem or do I overlook something? I put a printscreen.
Thank you for your time.

Hi Joni,
There is a transparency slider at the bottom of the colour picker that also needs to be put to solid as its currently set to transparent, I have included a screenshot of what I mean.
Hope that helps.
Best regards

Thanks a lot for your purchase.
This error is to do with the PHP version on your server, either you are running an incompatible version of PHP with a version of Concrete5 that does not support it, or you are running a very early version of Modena, in which case updating to the latest version should resolve the issue.
Best regards
