Hi.
It's maybe something I'm missing, but:
When I add a sub-page, the main page will not open when I click on it for navigation. If I use the autonav function in a page, then the main page consisting sub-pages will open from there.
(sorry for bad explanation) If you run the demo site for Modena, you will not be able to open the Portfolio page, only the sub pages.
Is it possible to open main page in same way as autonav will?
Also wonder about the question I asked earlier about animated content. Any progress about making the dynamic content selectable for mobile view, or I have to edit code?
Helge

Hi Helge,
Just wanted to let you know, the latest version of Modena is now available (1.1.1) and now features the ability to turn on/off animations on mobile devices.

The auto nav in Modena has 2 custom templates, one will render the top level item as a "placeholder" and wont click through to a page, and the other custom template lets you do just that, please follow the steps below to activate it:
1/ Place your site in edit mode, and click on the auto nav block.
2/ From the context menu click on "Design & Custom Template".
3/ From the dropdown that says "Block template" it should currently say "Main Nav Placeholders" from the dropdown select "Main nav" instead.
4/ Click the blue save button and then publish your page as usual. You should now be able to click and go to the actual top-level page itself.
Please note, if you are running a slightly older version of C5 step 3 will be a bit different, the custom template selector is under the "cog" icon in the context menu.
If you find the top-level nav item is still a placeholder, please clear your Concrete5 cache and browser cache this should resolve the situation.
We are currently working on the next update of Modena, and the option for the animated content is on our roadmap, the update is pencilled in to drop in roughly 2 weeks time.
Best regards
David
