Team Profiles do not show without scrolling
Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have created a team page using the team block from modena theme. It does show correct when I am editing the page using concrete5, but once I am logged out it does show team member in a page that need to be scrolled.
See attachement for reference.
Can you provide a hint what needs to be done to show all team members on the webpage without vertical scrolling?
Thanks

Great support guys, appreciate thanks
No problem, glad we could help.
That was too fast. It works immediatly after I changed it, but once I reload the page, it shows like before. Any other advice on this?
Hi There,
You may need to clear your Concrete5 and/or your browser cache, they can be a bit sticky at times.
Best regards
David

Once I change something on the page, it comes up correctly right away. When I reload the webpage it shows the team with scrolling.
Maybe a bug?

Concrete5 cache cleared, on first load correct, then reload and fail.
Have the browser run in incognito, I guess that should also do the trick with clearing the cache?

We have just double-checked this our end and setting the animation to none is working as expected, have you saved and published the page, and approved the page if C5 has asked you too?
If you PM us over some admin login details I would be happy to take a look for you.

I have had a look at the page without logging in, and the animations are not running, the team profiles are perfectly static, so looks like it may be a caching issue your end.

Hi There,
I think I can see what you mean now, it's not the animation that is the issue, you have used the old Concrete5 layout tool, rather than the "Ensemble" grid system that the theme uses, the Concrete5 grid system will only work in edit mode. I have added a new layout for you.
The Ensemble grid uses a 12 column grid system (As do the majority of themes), so making a 5 column layout that spans the screen is not possible, as all columns need to total 12, I have achieved the new layout by creating a 7 column layout, the first and last "one" column sections are not used, I hope this makes sense? if you get the time to have a look at the new layout in edit mode it may become a little clearer.
Apologies for any initial confusion, and if you have any further queries regarding this matter please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Thanks for explaining that to me. I wasn't aware of this but it makes sense and the page now looks as desired. Thank you for fixing that for me.

You can set the animation to "None" in the "Team animation" setting from within the block, please see the attached screenshot.
