Update from .03 to .04 not working
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Cory-
Not sure if this is the correct spot for this problem...
But after trying all the avenues open I am lost.
After (manually) updating C5 from 5.7.5.9 to 5.7.5.13 (Automatic update would not work) I wanted to update the theme "Motif". I pushed the button to update, but nothing happened.
Things I have tried:
1 - checked that the license was assigned
2 - checked permissions > 755 on packages folder.
3 - tried to manually update >
-disconnect theme license from project
-go to licenses, download archive
reconnect theme to project
-try to "unzip" theme - this just goes into the dreaded .cpgz loop.
Do you have any ideas? Is it a problem with the .zip file or my computer?
Or does it sound like a permissions problem?

That's really strange. It seems like manually updating it should work. Honestly, I have no idea what the problem could be. This may be one for the general forum.
OK This was definitely a problem with the C5 website. I had the sme problem as Sergiolm, who posted after I did with .zip file problems.
I was able to download the zip archive today no problem – and unzip it without getting a .cpgz file.
Additionally, I was able to update Motif from the dashboard.
Sorry to bother you

I just tried responding to your PM regarding SSL, but the recaptcha on the PM form isn't displaying for me for some reason.
There is actually a way to remove the hard-coded links in the footer. Here is a document explaining how to do it:https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/motif/removing-c5er-mes...
Thanks for the heads up.
