How do I change the website title colour

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am trying to change the website title colour. But having no luck. My CSS is a bit rusty.

I have changed line 27 in default.less
From
@site-title-type-color: #F2910A;
To
@site-title-type-color: #1110BA;

I have also changed line 312 in main.css
From
color: #2910A;
To
color: #1110BA;

But the title remains stubornly orange. What am I missing.
Thankyou in advance.

Hi!

you should be able to change the Site Title color through the Theme Customizer (Page Design -> Theme -> Customize).
