Wrong theme downloaded when purchasing Ortho theme

I just bought the Ortho theme, but when I got into my licenses section it is showing up as the Academy theme. I downloaded a copy and it is Academy. I hit the back buttons a few times and it did show Ortho in the cart, so I purchased the right one, but the theme package is incorrect. Can you please send me the Ortho theme?

I’ve manually granted you a license to the Ortho theme. I can see that you purchased Ortho, but don’t understand why you received an Academy license. You may keep the Academy license too.
You should be able to download Ortho now. If you still experience problems, someone from our office will be able to help you tomorrow when we open at 9AM UK time,
