Hello
Thanks for your message.
I saw the error, I logged in and looked at the environment.
I know where the problem is. It's the actual version of the CMS.
Your running 5.7.13.9 which I must admit that was a good version.
However with version 5 8 things have changed a little and so the theme too.
It's true obviously the system has allowed you to install the theme and that because of a bug on c5 core CMS which I hope now has been fixed.
On the previous email I told you the theme should work on your version.
I have to apologise, because I now realise that's not completely true.
I mean, I have a version of the theme which would work on your current c5 CMS version, however is quite old version of the theme and I would not suggest you to install it because it's old, has less features.
So really because the actual latest version of the theme is NOT compatible with your version of the CMS. I suggest you to install concrete5 version 8.10 or above.
I am very confident then the theme would work and you'll have the benefit of having all up to date.
How does it sound, would you try on c5 version 8.10 or above?
Any particular reason why you want to run such old version of the CMS?
NB: my suggestion is to install exactly version 8.10 . That is a very good version actually
Hope I've helped you
Kind Regards
Matteo

Thank you, will install 8.10!
Yes ok. you'll see that is going to work very well.
The theme has had almost 1000 installations with other use on versions 8 with no problems at all. So I'm confident you're doing good.
For any other help I can provide, you're free to contact me again

Thanks for your enquiry.
I am glad you chose one of my themes.
Looking at the environment you're using I see you run C5 CMS core Version - 5.7.5.13.
I have to say that's a bit old version, however that should not be an issue.
I understand you get the error message once you submit the form,
However that error apparently does not have much to do with the Contact blocks and not even with the Theme Personal Pro, you are running.
It looks more like you have installed one or more third party add-ons there which create a conflict because they ask for concrete5 core libraries which are not there.
Having said that, if you want to send me the URL of the website where you are experiencing this problem would be good. I'll be available to have a look and hopefully I'll be able to give you a more accurate answer.
Also, if you like, if you could provide Username and Password of the admin area, would be even better.
Kind Regards
Matteo
