Hello Twalm16

Thanks for your message.

I have installed and tested the latest theme version online and personally I have not experienced any issue. So theme version 1.2.9 installs correctly on concrete5 version 8.0 and above.

You have not told me what's the error message but all this makes me think you are probably trying to install the theme Personal Pro to an older version of concrete5 like version 7.

If that's the case, first I strongly suggest to you to download and a more recent version of concrete5.

Any version equal or more recent than version 8.0 is good, examples:
v8.1.0 is good
v8.3.2 is good
v8.4.0 is good
v8.5.2 is good (the most recent)

Here is the link:https://www.concrete5.org/download...

Also I have just now uploaded the last version of theme Personal Pro, version 1.3
Please then upgrade the theme to the last version or direct download, free here:http://italinux.com/theme-personal-pro...

NB: Please remember because you have purchased the theme already, you'll always be able download further new versions of the theme Personal Pro for free

Hope this helps

If you still have problems installing the theme, please come back to me providing some more information like whats the error message, what's the Environment you are installing, meaning the concrete5 CMS version

Kind Regards
Matteo

Hi there

You follow the instructions there and at this point you should just try what you think is best.
That's the best and quickest way to solve this issue you're having.

The theme works well, now you should uninstall the theme Lazy5basic (a.k.a. Personal Pro) that you have installed previously and install the new version of the theme.

This has more to do with how to use the concrete 5 CMS than the theme itself at this point.
It's pretty easy to achieve it, again I think you should just try at this point and most important is that you follow the basic instruction I gave you.

So please now try to uninstall the old installation and just install the new one

NB: if you give me admin username and password I can do it for you.

Kind regards
Matteo
