After updating Pixel to Version 1.4.2 error and website no longer available

Hi Pixel Team,
after updating the pixel theme to 1.4.2 an error came up (please see screenshot) and the site is no longer available. May you help me :-)

About disappearing image i don't think it has something to do with Pixel theme. Anyway i checked it on my local and couldn't recreate the issue. Can you provide me a live link with your site credentials so i take a look?

I find out so far:
If I load the image via content or image block from file manager this file (see below) comes up and the picture doesn't show:

Right file (file manager):

If I copy manual the right file like listed in the file manager into the content or image block the picture will shows correct.
Somehow the links are not working correct.
I updated concrete to:
# concrete5 Version
Core Version - 8.2.1
Version Installed - 8.2.1
Database Version - 20170802000000

But there is another problem after the update. In the Content block 'edit modus' it shows the pictures right, but after saving, the pics are gone. See screen shots. I cleared cache and tried it also with the 'image block'. Any ideas on that ?
