Anyone having issues with the navigational search?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Having a strange issue when helping a client set this site up - the search function spits out the search info overlayed on the original content.

When trying directly from the search page it does the same thing - shows the search results overlayed on the content as well as the search results on the search page. Has anyone experienced this? Screenshot attached

Hi,
I couldn't recreate the problem you are referring to. Can you send me a live link, so I can take a look?

Hi Shahroq,

Thank you for the response - not to my knowledge, I have not modified any theme files other than the custom css file, and as far as I know the developer before myself did not modify any files. Is there anything else that needs to be configured for the search?
