Changing the "Pixel" logo to my logo

Setting up new site. Can't get the default site logo to change. Also tried some changes to the theme options which don't appear to stick.

I think the problem might have been that I tried to replace the Pixel logo rather than clear it and place it from the file manager. All fixed now. I have a related problem, though, that I'll start a new ticket for.
