Favicon both in concrete5 core and in Pixel package

Hi!

Is there any reason why the Pixel package handles Fav Icons? concrete5 already allows users to set it (see the /dashboard/system/basics/icons dashboard page)...

Well, support for favicons has been there for at least the last 5 years ;)

Ah, what was I thinking? I might drop those option in next version.
PS: Good job. If that commit merged into main repo, I would drop that option too.
