I can't find in the documentation how I change the Classes (Effects) and Classes (Sizes).

we have installed the theme with sample content, but when I insert new icon box, there is no possibility to change the classes effects and sizes.
I seen in the sample content the possibilities, but I can’t change the both classes or I didn’t find the right place to change.
